Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Sr. Infrastructure Capacity Program Manager, NPI to own NPI hardware capacity planning and readiness across data centers.

You will helm cross‑functional workstreams for power, cooling, network, and space, ensuring timely landings of new hardware programs and clean retirements of old gear. Applicants should have 5+ years in data center infrastructure planning or NPI, strong program management skills, and the ability to translate product needs into infrastructure & BOM

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering, supply chain or related field.
5+ years of experience in data center infrastructure planning, hardware NPI, or related engineering/program roles.
Experience partnering with hardware/NPI teams to translate product requirements into infrastructure plans including scope and BOM handoffs.
Experience determining or supporting hardware ordering cut‑over decisions — balancing lead times and deployment schedules.
Solid understanding of data center power, cooling, and network infrastructure principles.

Responsibilities

Track infrastructure hardware NPI roadmaps and transition schedules across power, cooling, and network.
Determine the cut‑over point between legacy and new hardware for each site or program.
Signal downstream teams with clear scope and BOM requirements for planning and procurement.
Attend NPI weekly DC planning meetings as the Infrastructure Capacity representative.
Drive cross‑functional workstreams to ensure power, cooling, network, and space readiness ahead of ship/deployment date.
Translate new product designs into data center infrastructure requirements at scale for design and capacity planning.
