Job summary

HDR Transmission Line Project Manager in the United States leads complex power delivery projects, from scope development to closeout. You will coordinate with design teams across offices, mentor engineers, and manage budgets, schedules and QA/QC to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering or related field.
• 7 years related experience in engineering or project management.
• 2+ years of project management experience and ability to interact with design teams.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage transmission line projects of varying sizes and complexities from scope to closeout.
• Lead project engineers, EITs, coordinators, designers and staff; oversee workload and schedules.
• Oversee non-engineering components such as public engagement, permitting, ROW acquisition, and construction management.
• Support marketing and proposal development with HDR leadership and clients.
