YER USA is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to own a Northwest multi-state region. You will build long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors and municipalities while traveling to key customers and demonstrating products.

Independent, self-motivated professionals who excel at technical consultation and territory planning will thrive in this role. A vehicle is provided to cover the territory and ongoing training is offered to develop expertise.

Qualifications

• Outside sales/territory management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience in industrial/technical markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales across an established Northwest territory.
• Strengthen relationships with distributor and dealer partners.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Partner with channel representatives to close new business opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
• Plan and manage territory activity and pipeline independently.
