LS Tractor USA is looking for a Business Manager for the Northwest Territory to manage business operations, achieve sales goals, and develop dealer relationships. The role involves extensive travel across Washington, Montana, Oregon, Idaho, and Wyoming.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and channel management, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel extensively. Compensation includes salary plus quarterly bonuses and health insurance covered for employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, distribution channel management, customer service or customer relations.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory (75%).
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage business within the Northwest Territory for LS Tractor USA.
• Achieve sales and market share targets for assigned territory.
• Ensure effective communication of promotions to dealers.
