Job summary

Republic Manufacturing is seeking a Territory Regional Manager to drive sales across the Pacific Northwest including Seattle, Oregon, Idaho and beyond. You will travel to client sites to learn needs and craft solutions using Republic products, engaging with the full sales team to secure technical fit.

A 2–5 year track record in industrial or manufacturing sales and a bachelor’s degree are preferred, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in an industrial sales or manufacturing sales environment OR completion of Republic's Masters Program.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales volumes and objectives in assigned regions/territories/customer segments.
• Develop hands-on expertise with Republic products to identify customer needs and develop profitable solutions.
• Lead customer engagements to gain technical fit through a consultative sales approach.
• Scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements and recommend solutions.
• Sell the complete offering of Republic products and services to assigned opportunities.
• Travel to customer facilities to learn about needs and create solutions using Republic's products.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with customers and prospects.
• Achieve objectives for sales, profits, volume, product mix, and other strategic goals.
