Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the Northern Cape from Upington. You will lead a team of regional sales professionals, develop strategic plans, and build strong client partnerships in solar and energy sectors.

The role requires 6+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 3 years in leadership, a strong renewable energy background, and travel across the region. Hybrid work model and career progression are offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in renewable energy or related industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of the renewable energy market, including solar PV technologies and project development.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve targets for renewable energy products and services.
• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of regional sales representatives to meet quotas.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, key accounts, and partnerships within the Northern Cape region.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, EPC contractors, and industrial energy consumers.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for market penetration.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development to align sales with company goals and offerings.
• Provide input on pricing strategies, product positioning, and market feedback.
