Qualifications

• 7+ years retail sales management experience, including multi-site leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive retail environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and CRM.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Northern Cape and nationwide.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales objectives.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of store managers and retail staff to drive performance.
• Monitor sales performance across all stores in the Northern Cape, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
• Implement sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Ensure consistent application of brand standards, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency across all locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and offer support.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Manage regional budgets and P&L for the assigned territory.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Foster a positive and results-driven culture within the regional sales team.
