Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sales Specialist to drive sales of solar energy solutions in Upington, Northern Cape. You will identify opportunities, conduct on-site consultations, present tailored proposals and close deals with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong sales experience, knowledge of solar products, and excellent communication. You will travel regionally, collaborate with crews, and contribute to growth in a mission-driven, sustainable company.

Formación

• 3+ years in direct sales, preferably in energy, technology or construction.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of solar energy solutions and benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in Upington, Northern Cape.
• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations and needs assessments.
• Develop and present proposals and cost-benefit analyses for solar installs.
• Educate customers on renewable energy benefits and company offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales with high customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and incentives.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold brand values.
