You will own the customer relationship and drive volume, profit, and share growth by executing a net sales strategy aligned with retailer objectives. The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic selling skills, with collaboration across supply chain, category management, and finance to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years sales experience in national/regional accounts.
• Ability to negotiate complex non-commercial contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project and people management skills.
• Highly organized with a collaborative, growth-minded approach.
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer sales strategies and account plans for volume objectives and promotional plans.
• Analyze data to derive insights for strategic plans and forecasts.
• Create customer presentations with cross-functional teams including supply chain and finance.
• Manage trade budgets and conduct monthly volume and forecast reviews.
• Collaborate with multiple KDP teams to align selling activities across channels.
