Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Stockton, CA seeks a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales, operations and P&L for the Stockton branch, driving profitability and growth across the territory including Modesto, Tracy and surrounding areas.

You will coach a sales team, develop major chain relationships, meet monthly targets, and ensure timely product delivery and proper merchandising for brands like 7UP, Snapple and Core. Strong leadership and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 3years consumer products sales experience in progressively responsible positions.
• 2 years previous management/supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Teach, train, and coach branch leadership in sales, marketing, profit growth and market share.
• Foster professional business relationships with all levels of management.
• Develop and grow working/business relationships with major chain customers.
• Provide strong customer management.
• Develop and communicate the business plan, establish goals, monitor results and recourse as necessary.
• Deliver the business plan by providing leadership, focus and motivation; lead by example with integrity.
• Meet monthly sales targets and income goals.
• Maintain expenses within forecasted levels.
• Set, implement and monitor trade execution standards for Direct Store Delivery.
• Participate in regular business reviews and trade field surveys.
• Ensure administrative responsibilities are executed to maximize productivity of branch operations.
• Develop and monitor staffing levels for all branch operations.
• Maintain company safety standards throughout the branch.
