Qualifications

• BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in a sales environment
• Agricultural background preferred
• Must possess property and casualty license within 90 days
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must possess or obtain a life/health insurance license within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Achieve new business sales goals for insurance lines in the assigned territory
• Meet with cooperative members and prospects to assess insurance needs and describe offerings
• Solicit services and foster relationships with key accounts and members
• Collaborate with sales leaders on regional sales and marketing strategy
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and metrics
• Travel to visit customers as required (75%-100%)
