• Experience or aptitude in insurance products, risk assessment, and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and Farmers agents to grow commercial insurance.
• Identify client needs and tailor solutions (BOP, Commercial Auto, Workers Comp, Commercial Umbrella).
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and servicing; leverage training from the University of Farmers.
• Collaborate with underwriting and agents to streamline processes and ensure excellent service.
