Job summary

BD Diesel Performance seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the Northeast. You will travel to client sites and promote a growing catalog of products, building relationships and delivering top‑tier service to drive growth.

You will collaborate with management to plan strategies, forecast sales, and optimize the sales process. Expect quarterly incentives, mileage and vehicle support, plus competitive benefits and 3 weeks PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional B2B sales within automotive or heavy equipment.
• Willingness to travel three out of four weeks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manager to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Manage relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.
• Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve goals.
• Optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide product training and knowledge to customers.
• Travel to customer locations for product demonstrations and training.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback from customers to sales team and engineering.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
