BD Diesel Performance is hiring a Territory Sales Manager for the Northeast region. You will visit current and potential customers to promote and sell BD Diesel's growing catalog of products and provide excellent customer service.

This role reports to the Sales Manager and requires travel to customer locations three out of four weeks per month. Competitive compensation includes salary, PTO, 401k match, healthcare, and a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with manager to develop and execute sales strategies that align with goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and high‑value accounts.
• Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve goals.
• Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuous product knowledge learning and training to learn the product.
• Annual trips to headquarters for product training.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Travel to customer locations to demonstrate and advise on new products.
