Job summary

Verto People Ltd is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Northeast, covering New York City, Upstate New York and New England from Maine to Connecticut. The role requires building and managing rep agencies, channel partners, distributors and contractor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling in valves, flow control or actuators, with experience selling through distribution and contractors.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within valves, flow control or actuators.
• Strong knowledge of distribution-led sales channels.
• Experience working with mechanical, plumbing contractors, wholesalers and rep agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across the Northeast region, including NYC, Upstate NY and New England through Maine.
• Oversee and support rep agencies in the region.
• Directly manage and develop the New England territory.
• Build relationships with mechanical and plumbing contractors, distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners.
• Drive contractor-level demand and pull sales through the distribution network.
• Identify growth opportunities across commercial, industrial, plumbing, mechanical and construction markets.
• Provide technical and commercial support around the product portfolio.
• Work with leadership on regional strategy, pricing, quoting, forecasting and profitability.
• Maintain market intelligence on competitors and customer needs.
