Job summary

Twiceasnice Recruiting is assisting a client in the fluid-handling equipment industry to hire a New England Regional Manager (sales leadership). You will lead and support a regional sales team and own a territory generating significant revenue, with travels around New England.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in pumps or the fluid handling industry.
• 2+ years managing a sales team with direct reports.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Willingness to travel ~50% within New England.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategy to drive growth in New England.
• Lead and develop a team of 4 sales reps, 1 inside sales rep, and 1 technical support professional.
• Track KPIs, sales goals, territory performance, and growth opportunities.
• Travel with sales reps to strengthen customer relationships and advance key accounts.
• Manage supplier relationships and support regional sales objectives.
