Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) seeks a Regional Sales Manager – Motion Control for the Northeast US to own the territory, build OEM/VAR relationships, and drive growth with world-class engineering support.

Territory includes CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME and parts of Canada; expect ~50% travel. A competitive base with commission and a premium product portfolio awaits a high-performing sales professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of direct sales experience in motion control or adjacent automation tech.
• Solid knowledge of servo drives, motion controllers, and automation system architecture.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth in the Northeast US territory with a 20%+ YoY target.
• Own full sales cycle from qualification to close with tailored proposals.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan with high-value opportunities.
• Manage OEM and VAR accounts and maintain rigorous Salesforce pipeline.
• Collaborate with applications engineering for pre-sales evaluations.
