Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern US, with a strong background in control valve applications. This home-office role requires extensive travel to support power generation and light industrial markets while collaborating with engineering and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

The base pay range is $95,000–$105,000 USD, plus a sales incentive plan.

Qualifications

Experience with control valves in power and/or light industrial markets.
Strong technical understanding of valve automation, control systems, and flow control applications.
Proven ability to engage customers and identify business opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Support sales growth and customer engagement for control valve products and solutions.
Provide technical guidance on control valve selection, sizing, and application requirements.
Develop opportunities within power generation, process, and light industrial sectors.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with end users, EPCs, channel partners, and OEM customers.
