Job summary

Richelieu Hardware in the United States is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Northeast region. You will grow our dealer network and drive sales with kitchen and bath retailers, distributors, and buying groups across MD, DE, PA, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, and ME.

This field-execution role requires translating national strategies into regional results through sales support, training, and customer engagement in a dense competitive market.

Qualifications

• Experience developing business with home improvement retailers or related channels.
• Ability to prospect new relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; self-driven and independent.
• Ability to travel regionally as required (50–70%).

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and specification across assigned product categories.
• Partner with sales reps on call planning and territory strategy.
• Participate in joint customer visits and specification meetings.
• Support strategic accounts with pricing, quoting, and inventory alignment.
• Conduct showroom visits and customer site engagement.
• Attend regional QBRs and provide feedback on opportunities.
