Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltée is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midwest region. This role focuses on growing our business with kitchen and bath dealers, retailers, distributors, and buying groups, with frequent regional travel.

You will serve as the primary commercial link between Head Office and the Midwest sales organization, translating national strategies into regional results through sales support, training, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development with home improvement retailers.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% regionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth by expanding dealer, retailer, distributor, and buying group relationships.
• Collaborate with sales reps on territory strategy and call planning.
• Lead customer visits, specification meetings, and showroom activities.
• Support pricing, quotes, and inventory alignment for strategic accounts.
• Provide monthly activity, pipeline, and initiative updates.
