Job summary

Richelieu is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Midwest region to grow our dealer, retailer, distributor, and buying group network across kitchen and bath segments.

The role involves traveling regionally (typically 50–70%), translating national strategies into regional execution, and providing sales support, training, and customer engagement. A college degree is preferred but not required, and there are strong commission-based earning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have business development experience with retailers in home improvement (building materials, construction, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and specification across assigned product categories.
• Collaborate with sales reps on call planning, territory strategy, and customer development.
• Participate in joint customer visits and specification meetings to grow business.
• Support strategic accounts with pricing, quoting, and inventory alignment.
