Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltée seeks a Business Development Manager for the Midwest region to drive growth with kitchen and bath dealers, retailers, distributors, and buying groups.

You will lead regional execution, translate national strategies into local results, and support field teams with training, pricing, and pipeline visibility. You will travel frequently to build relationships and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing new retail relationships and growing existing accounts.
• Ability to be both a hunter of new relationships and a farmer to develop existing customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and specification across assigned product classes.
• Partner with sales reps on call planning, territory strategy, and customer development.
• Attend regional QBRs and provide feedback on execution, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities.
• Support strategic accounts with pricing, quoting, and inventory alignment.
• Conduct showroom visits and customer site engagement.
• Deliver product training and rollout support.
• Coordinate with Product Champions to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
