Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Solutions Specialist to support the Northeast region, covering ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA. The role requires 50-75% travel and ideal residency near a major airport in Boston, Hartford, Baltimore, or Washington DC.

You will act as the automation subject matter expert, guiding workflow optimization and post-implementation support for Roche systems. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing and evaluating laboratory IT products.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Solid understanding of laboratory workflow and automation operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional workflow, application, and automation expert for Roche systems.
• Provide consultative guidance on workflow, middleware, and application utilization.
• Lead workflow optimization activities and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate regional automation support with cross-functional teams.
• Coach personnel and contribute to regional automation competency.
