Job summary

Repligen is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales of upstream and downstream processing solutions across New Jersey, New York, and Delaware. This home-office role reports to the Regional Sales Director and requires a proven life sciences sales background.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc in a scientific discipline with 5+ years in biopharma, strong account management and forecasting skills, and willingness to travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical or life science industries; understanding of Cell Culture, Chromatography and Filtration preferred.
• Proven sales track record and key account management experience.
• Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with customers and partners.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills; willing to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan with District Manager.
• Lead negotiations with technical and procurement teams.
• Establish and maintain strategic key account relationships.
• Develop new target accounts across the territory with the commercial team.
• Support customers through clinical pipeline from lab to full process scale.
• Share product, market and competitive information with teams.
• Assist in development of sales collateral and forecast with Manufacturing/QA.
