Job summary

CCI Industrial Services, LLC is seeking an O&M Construction Lead for a remote/rotational role on the North Slope of Alaska. The position involves safety, scheduling, directing craft personnel, and coordinating resources to accomplish field support work in a safe and productive manner.

The role requires leading by example, maintaining client relationships, and driving cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• NSTC Card required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and supervises workforce including Well Techs, Carpenters, Scaffolding, and craft in performance of assigned work activities, determining manpower, material quantities, equipment, and schedules.
• Coordinates assigned work with other groups, crafts, or contractors.
• Assists in resolving performance problems and productivity issues as required.
• Provides HSE guidance and leadership to team leaders.
• Maintains direct contact with client representatives to determine work requirements and position the workforce accordingly.
• Recommends cost reduction ideas and ensures subordinates manage resources with cost in mind.
• Reports to management and clients on progress, milestones, and schedule risks.
• Supports environmental management objectives and contract goals.
