Job summary

Worley on the North Slope of Alaska offers a remote/rotational role with an 84-hour weekly schedule (40 hours straight time and at least 44 hours at time and a half). On-site lodging, meals, and transport between Anchorage and North Slope are provided.

The role emphasizes supervision of crews, safety, training, and adherence to environmental and regulatory standards. Minimum qualifications include a valid driver's license, NSTC/North Slope Red Book training, and high school diploma or GED.

• Minimum Qualifications: Valid driver's license; red book training; NSTC certification; high school diploma or GED; NSTC certification training provided by Worley.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day supervision and technical direction to work crews.
• Schedules daily workload and assigns resources.
• Examine work and materials for compliance with specifications.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members and new employees.
• Manage daily schedules and attend related meetings.
• Ensure safe work practices and safety training compliance.
• Attend safety trainings and participate in environmental and regulatory procedures.
• Perform craft duties as required.
