Job summary

Worley is seeking a Dispatcher for the North Slope, AK, a remote/rotational role with an 84-hour work week (40 hours straight time, 44+ hours at time and a half). On-location meals and lodging are provided, and transportation from Anchorage to the North Slope is included.

The Dispatcher coordinates, schedules, and tracks mobile equipment in support of oil and gas operations, serving as the primary contact for equipment requests and ensuring safe, efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience operating various types of heavy equipment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by Worley’s auto insurer.
• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Haz-Mat endorsement.
• NSTC certification training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and track mobile equipment and vehicle resources.
• Promote safe work practices and safety policy compliance.
• Provide supervision or direction to crew as needed.
• Ensure crew have required skills and training for safe task execution.
• Mentor new crew members and verify mentoring is completed.
• Communicate expectations and provide feedback on performance.
