Job summary

Worley seeks a Field Foreman for the North Slope, AK, a remote/rotational role with an 84-hour week. You will direct field crews across wells support, roustabout and fluid hauling, ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Meals and lodging are provided on location, with transportation between Anchorage and site. Requirements include two years oil field bolt-up and equipment experience, CDL-A with Haz-Mat, NSTC training optional, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork in a challenging Arctic

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of oil field experience in bolt up activities, equipment operation and energy isolation.
• Class A CDL driver’s license with Haz-Mat endorsement and the ability to be insured.
• Current CDL/DOT medical card.
• High school Diploma or equivalent GED.
• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) certification training offered.

Responsibilities

• Direct work crews on field requests and ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Promote safe work practices and implement safety policies on site.
• Supervise trades for Fluid Hauling and rig operations; monitor equipment usage.
• Plan manpower, materials, schedules and document actual hours worked.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and mentor new crew members.
