Job summary

Worley is seeking a Working Lead to supervise Wells support and field rig crews on the North Slope, AK, in a remote/rotational setting. The role requires coordinating safety, scheduling, and on-site operations to deliver timely, compliant results.

Responsibilities include directing field teams, ensuring adherence to plans, and managing equipment and materials. Beneficial experience includes wellhead components, rigging, and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsement.
  • One year experience with flange identification, triplex pump, bolt-up, or basic rigging procedures.
  • Current CDL/DOT medical card.
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • NSTC certification training provided by Worley if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day supervision and technical direction to field work crews.
  • Examine work, equipment assignments and materials for compliance with specifications.
  • Adheres to Work Execution Plan expectations for work acceptance and planning, execution and close out.
  • Perform heavy labor such as layout of hardline pipe and hauling/stacking materials on trailers or skids.
  • Ability to operate Wells service equipment: Loaders, Rig Trucks, Forklifts, Man-lifts, Boom Trucks, Lowboys.
  • Promotes a safety culture that supports and encourages employees to go beyond the call of duty to identify unsafe conditions and behaviors and are comfortable intervening to correct inappropriate behaviors and concerns.
  • Ensure all team members understand and follow procedures. Assess skill level of team members and assist in skill development.
  • Serve as on-site single point of contact for work crew.
  • Routinely perform safety and productivity observations, as well as shop, field and vehicle inspections.
  • Accountable for safe work practices.
