Job summary

WorleyParsons is seeking a General Foreman for the North Slope, AK, a remote, rotational assignment. Expect an 84-hour week (40 straight time + 44 OT). Meals and lodging are provided on site, and transportation between Anchorage and the North Slope is supplied.

You will supervise multi-craft personnel, plan work, coordinate with client and contractors, enforce HSE standards, and drive productivity. NSTC certification is available through Worley, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience overseeing multi-craft personnel in field support operations.
• One year of experience using Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by company.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise a multi-craft workforce on site.
• Coordinate with client management, engineering, estimating, and planning teams.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, regulations, and schedules.
• Provide HSE guidance and leadership to the team.
• Lead by example and support company safety and environmental objectives.
