Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. is seeking a General Foreman for a remote/rotational assignment on the North Slope of Alaska. The role involves overseeing multi-craft personnel, coordinating field activities and ensuring compliance with safety and project standards.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of supervisory experience overseeing multi-craft personnel in field support.

Responsibilities

• Plans and supervises workforce of foremen, leads, and craft personnel; determines manpower, materials and schedules.
• Coordinates work with other groups, crafts, and contractors.
• Maintains liaison with client management and ensures compliance with drawings, specs, regulations and schedules.
• Assists in resolving performance problems and supports safety objectives.
• Provides guidance on HSE and team leadership; mentors team leaders.
• Interfaces with HR for staffing, coaching, and disciplinary actions as required.
• Monitors training and safety compliance; implements corrective actions as needed.
• Maintains regular contact with client representatives to determine work requirements and position workforce accordingly.
• Recommends cost reductions and drives productivity.
• Performs safety and productivity observations and attends training.
• Reports progress and milestones to management and clients; highlights risks and delays.
• Supports environmental management system objectives.
