Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. seeks a Field Foreman to lead onsite crews on the North Slope, Alaska. This remote/rotational role involves directing Wells Support, roustabout, and fluid hauling teams with a focus on safety, training, and equipment utilization.

The position requires coordinating manpower, schedules, and resources while maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements. Expect a demanding schedule with travel between Anchorage and the North Slope, and a strong emphasis on mentorship

Qualifications

• Two years oil field experience or equivalent field leadership background.
• Must hold Class A CDL with Haz-Mat endorsement and DOT medical card.
• NSTC certification or ability to obtain it for North Slope work.
• Demonstrated safety focus and ability to supervise multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Direct field crews for Wells Support and related operations.
• Ensure safety policies and hazard recognition across teams.
• Schedule manpower, equipment, and materials for field tasks.
• Mentor new crew members and maintain performance feedback.
• Coordinate with management on job criteria and compliance.
• Lead safety meetings and drive continuous process improvements.
