Job summary

Motocruit is seeking a Collision Sales Territory Manager to cover North Florida, including Jacksonville, Gainesville, St. Augustine, and Daytona Beach.

This field-based role blends a home office with travel to client sites and industry events to drive revenue. You will build relationships with collision centers, dealerships, and service providers, present equipment solutions, negotiate terms, and manage a CRM-enabled pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in collision repair, automotive equipment, or industrial supply.
• Working knowledge of collision center operations and equipment; candidates currently calling on body shops preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, able to manage own schedule in the field.
• Willingness to travel within the territory for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within collision repair and automotive service industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Present and demonstrate equipment and services to prospective customers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows and events to expand relationships.
• Maintain sales records and pipeline using CRM.
