Job summary

Buildforce in Charlotte, NC is hiring an Account Executive to grow our presence in the construction market. You will build and nurture relationships with electrical contractors, understand their staffing needs, and drive revenue through staffing solutions.

As the primary client contact, you will present staffing options, negotiate terms, and coordinate with recruiting and product teams to improve contractor-facing tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients.
• Creative, quick-thinking problem solver with CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with electrical contractors in North Carolina.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring communication and satisfaction.
• Present staffing solutions and negotiate contract terms.
• Attend workshops and develop industry knowledge.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with recruiting and product teams to improve tools.
