Buildforce is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in Colorado's construction staffing market. You will build relationships with electrical contractors, present staffing solutions, and manage key accounts from initial contact through contract signing.

You will operate in a fast-paced, uncapped commission environment with base salary plus commissions and stock options. The role emphasizes relationship-building, stakeholder management, and CRM excellence using Hubspot.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a construction-related field.
• Intimately familiar with the city of Phoenix and likely a local area code.
• History of building successful relationships in prior sales roles.
• Aligned with Buildforce cultural values.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with electrical contractors in Colorado.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
• Present staffing solutions and negotiate contract terms.
• Attend industry events to grow knowledge and network.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with recruiting to match candidates to client needs.
• Partner with product team to improve contractor-facing offerings.
