Job summary

Buildforce in North Carolina is seeking an Account Executive to grow our construction staffing presence. You will build relationships with electrical contractors, become the primary client contact, and promote staffing solutions to meet client needs.

This role offers a base salary of $85k-$110k, uncapped commission with accelerator past quota, and stock options. You will collaborate with recruiting and product teams to improve our contractor-facing platform and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in construction or related field.
• Must understand NC market and have local area knowledge.
• Proven track record building client relationships.
• Familiar with Hubspot CRM and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with electrical contractors in North Carolina.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Present staffing solutions and negotiate contract terms.
• Attend workshops and conferences to enhance industry knowledge.
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in a CRM.
• Collaborate with recruiting to match candidates to client requirements.
• Collaborate with product team to improve contractor-facing product.
