Rewards Network in the North Bay Area, CA, is seeking an outside Account Executive to drive growth for local restaurants. You’ll build your career while earning rewards, with a field-sales role that blends prospecting, meetings, and closing deals.

You’ll manage a robust pipeline, meet quotas through cold calls and in-person presentations, and collaborate with account managers and revenue operations. A high school diploma is required, with 4+ years in outside sales and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven success in outside sales.
• Prospector mentality with persistence and self-motivation.
• Strong financial acumen to discuss fees and financials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for meetings.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and MS Office/Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers via cold calling and in-person outreach to exceed quotas.
• Develop and grow pipeline with in-person meetings with decision-makers.
• Build relationships with leads and customers, promoting product offerings.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales goals including calls, meetings, and closes.
• Collaborate with account managers and revenue operations to meet goals.
• Maintain sales records and follow-ups in Salesforce.
