Job summary

Stokke is seeking an Associate Director of Supply Chain North America to lead operations across the U.S. and Canada from Stamford, CT. You will oversee warehousing, transportation, customer service, and order management, driving efficiency and service quality for retailers and consumers.

The role partners with global teams to optimize inventory, planning, and process improvements, delivering scalable and cost-effective supply chain excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 6–10 years in logistics, warehousing, planning, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with 3PL providers, warehouse operations, and transportation networks.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience with planning systems and S&OP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing, transportation, customer service, and order management across North America.
• Ensure strong service levels, inventory availability, and efficient product flow.
• Drive operational performance via KPI monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with warehouses, logistics providers, and 3PL partners.
• Collaborate with global supply chain, Purchasing, IT, and Commercial teams on projects.
• Develop and lead a team across Logistics and Customer Service.
