CHAGEE USA is seeking a strategic Head of Supply Chain for North America to lead end-to-end operations, ensuring availability and efficiency as the business grows. You will oversee demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier partnerships while aligning with global standards and supporting local needs.

The ideal leader will guide S&OP, drive KPI improvements, and collaborate with Store Development, Operations and R&D for new store launches and market expansion.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in supply chain, with 3–5 years in leadership; food/beverage, QSR or retail preferred.
• Experience managing multi-country supply chain operations, supplier and logistics oversight.
• Strong knowledge of NA import/export procedures, regulations, and cross-border trade.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and forecasting tools; superb analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead full supply chain function across North America, including demand planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory.
• Develop regional strategies aligned with global direction while addressing local needs.
• Ensure product availability with optimal inventory and build a regional supplier network.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, including imports, warehousing, and distribution.
• Partner with Store Development, Operations and R&D for new stores, launches and growth.
• Lead S&OP processes, integrating forecasting and financial planning into procurement.
• Monitor KPIs (fill rate, cost-to-serve, lead times) and drive continuous improvement.
