Job summary

CHAGEE is seeking a strategic Director, Head of Supply Chain - North America to lead end-to-end operations across the region, including demand planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics and inventory management.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain with 3–5 years in leadership, preferably in food & beverage or retail, and a strong background in cross-border logistics and regulatory compliance. Hybrid work model and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain management experience
• 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in food & beverage, QSR, or retail preferred
• Knowledge of North American import/export procedures and cross-border logistics
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or APICS/CSCP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain across North America, including demand planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics and inventory
• Develop regional supply chain strategies aligned with global direction and local needs
• Ensure product availability across stores with optimal inventory levels
• Build and manage regional supplier network, negotiate contracts, monitor performance
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Support new store launches, product rollouts, and market expansion in collaboration with Store Development
• Lead S&OP processes integrating forecasting and financial planning
• Monitor KPIs (fill rate, cost-to-serve, lead times, shrinkage) and drive improvements
• Ensure compliance with US, Canada, and Mexico food safety, labeling, customs regulations
• Build a high-performing regional supply chain team and engage stakeholders across teams
