Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Senior Supply Planner for North America to craft and own supply plans balancing demand, inventory, service levels, and constraints. You will work with Finance, Technology, Product, Demand Planning, and Fulfillment Operations to drive integrated planning and risk mitigation.

Main focus is North America with cross-regional collaboration and ongoing process standardization, supported by a Seattle-based hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive planning experience in consumer products or similar.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and supply planning principles.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop NA supply and buy plans at SKU level using forecasts and on-hand stock.
• Translate plans into actionable supply recommendations balancing service levels and constraints.
• Identify supply challenges and work with cross-functional partners to mitigate risks.
• Maintain item-level safety stock strategies and adapt to seasonality and lifecycle changes.
• Support IBP and S&OP processes with insights and recommended actions.
• Assist with new product introductions, transitions, and lifecycle planning.
