Job summary

ICL Specialty Products Inc in St. Louis, MO seeks a North America Regional Supply Chain Manager to own the end-to-end NA supply chain, including demand and supply planning, production coordination, inventory deployment, logistics, and customer delivery.

You will mature the regional S&OP/IBP processes and align with financial targets and executive decisions. You will lead organizational change, define KPIs, manage a cross-functional team, and drive digital initiatives including analytics,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration or engineering. Master’s degree a plus.
10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with 5+ years in a management role.
Strong IT skills in ERP (SAP) and planning systems such as SAP APO or SAP IBP.

Responsibilities

Lead the North American Supply Chain strategy and end-to-end performance management.
Drive S&OP / IBP, demand, supply and inventory planning to meet financial targets.
Partner with IT to translate requirements into a digital supply chain roadmap and oversee system implementations.
Oversee regional logistics to achieve cost savings and reliable customer delivery.
Collaborate with global teams to optimize the network and KPIs across regions.
