Job summary

Hengst North American Aftermarket seeks a commercially focused Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to lead the NA aftermarkets supply chain, build the team, and drive best-in-class fulfillment.

The role oversees the 3PL relationship, and supply-chain operations for a Mexico facility, balancing service, cost, and working capital to support profitable growth across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 7+ years in progressive supply-chain or logistics roles with leadership.
• Experience with distribution strategy, demand planning, inventory management, and fulfillment.
• Strong financial judgment including budgeting and cost-to-serve analysis.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a supply-chain strategy aligned with aftermarket sales growth, profitability and customer requirements.
• Evaluate distribution options including U.S./Canada locations and Mexico coordination; own budgets and ROI analyses.
• Manage 3PL relationships, inbound/outbound freight, warehousing, and service levels to reduce costs.
• Lead demand planning and inventory policies to improve availability and working capital.
• Define organization structure, recruit and develop a team across logistics and fulfillment.
