Job summary

EcoFlow seeks a senior software product manager to align EMS software with regional market needs and translate user insights into actionable product requirements. You will drive cross-functional work across engineering, design, and sales to differentiate our software solutions in target markets.

The role requires strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate regional regulations and cross-cultural environments.

Qualifications

Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to communicate with overseas clients.
Strong user insight and data analysis capabilities; familiar with end-to-end software product lifecycle.
Good cross-functional communication and coordination skills; project promotion capabilities.
Willingness to travel overseas, cross-time zone and cross-cultural work environments.

Responsibilities

Deeply understand regional user group profiles and pain points; align product strategy with EMS tech trends to discover opportunities and differentiate software solutions.
Monitor regional policies and regulations; clarify compliance requirements and promote compliant sales in target markets.
Track regional industry trends and competitive dynamics; provide inputs for PDT product development and marketing messaging.
Collect and analyze regional product/tech requirements through distributors, interviews, VOC data, and sales feedback; drive requirement assessment and implementation.
