Job summary
ELGi Equipments Ltd is seeking a Regional Product Manager to drive the North American product portfolio and revenue growth through market research, local requirements, and strategic product introductions. You will manage product road maps, coordinate launches, support distributors, develop warranties, and align pricing and training with global standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field.
- 10+ years in a B2B industrial equipment environment or equivalent.
- Experience developing product roadmaps and launching new products.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build business cases.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the product portfolio for North America including roadmaps and launches.
- Coordinate product strategy, pricing, and market positioning with global standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product introductions and adjacencies.
- Provide technical and market insights to distributors and sales teams.
- Develop warranties and value propositions aligned with company strategy.
- Collaborate with sales to forecast and budget new and existing products.
