Panerai is hiring a Regional Senior Training Manager based in New York. This role involves planning and implementing training activities for Retail and Partners across North America. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years in the luxury industry, with at least 5 years in retail training, and excellent communication skills.

Members of the training team will be responsible for creating tailored training content, managing a training budget, and assisting with onboarding programs. The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 annually and is bonus eligible.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years in the luxury industry with proven field/sales experience.
• 5+ years in retail training.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
