Piaget seeks a senior training leader to drive the North American Training Roadmap and L&D strategy in alignment with Piaget Global HQ. You will adapt global assets for the NA market, partner with Luxury Retail leadership, and deliver compelling virtual, classroom, and on-floor training across the customer journey.

The role requires 5+ years in luxury retail training, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to travel 50–70% across North America. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in luxury industry (High Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, or Prestige Watchmaking preferred).
• At least 5 years luxury retail training and coaching, with field or sales experience in luxury boutiques.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Admin, Communications, Education, or HR, or equivalent luxury retail experience.
• Experience in instructional design and training program implementation.

Aufgaben

• Lead North America Training Roadmap & L&D strategy aligned with HQ.
• Adapt global training assets for North America with local leadership.
• Deliver virtual, classroom, and on-floor training across the customer journey.
• Coach boutique teams and partner with managers for tailored training plans.
• Organize events, manage L&D budget, and oversee digital learning platforms.
