Job summary

Polène in North America seeks a Retail Training & Excellence leader based in New York to elevate the client experience and drive performance across the North American network.

You will design and deploy luxury retail training, coach field teams, and ensure onboarding of new talent, while translating global strategy into local execution. Strong emphasis on data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Trainer, ideally 4 to 5 years minimum in Leather Goods, Jewelry, Fashion, or Beauty.
• Strong sensitivity to Retail, luxury service, and leather goods.
• Solid understanding of the luxury market in North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions and field coaching across core pillars: product expertise, selling ceremony, and performance.
• Adapt training modules to local cultural specifics for North America.
• Monitor client experience indicators and support floor management and onboarding of new talents.
• Consolidate training KPIs into monthly reports and develop action plans.
