Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Regional Senior Training Manager to lead training initiatives across North America. You will develop localized strategies, design engaging in-person and virtual programs, and coach boutique teams to raise selling skills and brand knowledge.

In this role you will collaborate with commercial directors and managers, monitor outcomes with CRM/NPS data, and guide regional projects and budgets. Extensive travel (50–70%) across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in luxury industry with boutique field or sales experience
• At least 5 years in retail training
• Strong knowledge of North American luxury retail landscape and excellent communication/public speaking skills
• Proficiency with Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel; excellent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel extensively across North America (50–70%)

Responsibilities

• Develop the yearly training roadmap and localized content aligned with priorities and HQ guidelines
• Design and deliver in-person and virtual training on brand, product knowledge, luxury culture, clienteling, selling skills and retail management
• Partner with commercial directors and boutique managers to provide coaching, tailored training plans and follow-up
• Use CRM, NPS and mystery shopping data to evaluate outcomes and create action plans
• Contribute to regional and global projects, manage training reports and budgets, oversee onboarding and development plans
