Job summary

Richemont North America, Inc. seeks a Senior L&D Trainer to lead North America training for Piaget, coordinating with global HQ to localize assets and deliver omnichannel programs across the luxury retail network.

You will coach on-floor, organize large-scale training events, manage budgets, and drive digital learning engagement. Extensive NA travel (50–70%) is required; a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in luxury retail training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury industry (High Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, or Prestige Watchmaking is highly preferred).
• 5+ years of dedicated luxury retail training and coaching, with hands-on field or sales experience in luxury boutiques.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or HR, or equivalent luxury retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the yearly Piaget North America Training Roadmap and L&D strategy, aligning local market priorities with HQ guidelines.
• Collaborate with HQ and global content creators to adapt assets for the North American market.
• Act as a key business partner on global and regional retail initiatives, joining monthly commercial/retail calls.
• Deliver engaging virtual, classroom, and on-the-floor training across the complete customer journey.
• Provide on-floor coaching, mentoring, and partnerships with Boutique Managers to maintain brand image and drive learning.
